Wellness Events in Miami Vol. 8
We know you are super busy stocking up on water and canned food in anticipation of all the hurricanes. But let’s keep our zen. Once you are fully stocked, make some room for wellness. This is Wellness Events in Miami Vol. 8 brought to you by yogi Adrian Molina in partnership with Midtown Miami Magazine. We selected for you some of the many events happening in our city this weekend. We select wellness and cultural events that are original and keep your senses stimulated.

Here’s to wellness!
“Wellness Events in Miami on Friday”
The Four Agreements at Unity on the Bay:
Friday at Unity on the Bay could be the day that helps you make the change that you've wanting to make but haven’t. It could be that day where you are boosted with inspiration and motivation from a lecture from Don Miguel Ruiz Jr. Learn about the Four Agreements and the Toltec tradition.
Anne Geddes Photography Exhibition at The Moore Building:
World-renowned photographer and children's advocate Anne Geddes will host her first official gallery exhibition in the US, benefiting Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. You know we are all about good causes. The show will feature a series of her famous images of children and babies. They are beautiful. If you haven’t seen her work, you should Google it. Great work, supporting a great cause. And a great option for Friday.
“Wellness Events in Miami on Saturday”
Evolve at Vanilla Sky:
Join SoberSocials founder DJ Cisco in partnership with Vie Boheme Productions for an evening of community and exploration of the meaning of the word wellness. There will be various speakers exploring the subject, live DJ’S, live painting and more! Enjoy snacks from local vendors. This could be a good introduction to Vanilla Sky studio. Three floors of yoga goodness. I think it’s one of the loveliest yoga studios in town! If I could move in, I would.
The Sobe Mindful Method at Innergy:
Delve into the practice of mindfulness with Scott Rogers not by reviewing boring scientific data or studying scholarly teachings, but by using everyday elements to “wake-up” and be mindful. Trees, clouds, wind, sun; things we see everyday, can be the triggers we need to live a more mindful and fulfilled life. Make Saturday the day where you finally take meditation off your “to do” list and into reality.
Chakra Meditation at State of Yoga:
Each Chakra is a wheel-like vortex of pure energy that is associated with a specific realm of human experience. The chakras are a gateway to self-healing and self-discovery. In this workshop led by Prashant Patel you will learn more about the different energetic layers and subtle anatomy of the body, and how that correlates to various ailments and experiences. Learning that we are more than flesh and blood opens our eyes to the wonders in front of us.
“Wellness Events in Miami on Sunday”
Warrior Flow Miami at Lincoln Road Yoga and Green Market:
Join Adrian Molina, ahem, me, and the Warrior Flow crew for this diverse combination of movement specialists, yoga teachers, artists, meditation teachers, live Dj and more at the heart of South Beach. After the class take a walk through Lincoln Road’s Green Market feeling thoroughly yogified. This week’s special guests include celebrity fitness and movement specialist Tony Thomas from Beat the Gym.
Inhale Miami Extravaganza:
Inhale Owner Rivkah Kamensky is celebrating her studio’s three-year anniversary and she is not holding back. A live auction, aerial performances, audio visual entertainment, garden drum circle, organic cocktails and lite bites, community vibes and more!
SuperSound60 at Innergy:
If the idea of learning how to play an instrument didn’t strike a chord, how about just lying down and letting Dennis Hunter’s one-hour sound bath transport you to a different dimension through the vibrations of crystal alchemy singing bowls and other instruments. My favorite relaxation experience of the week at Innergy Meditation Studio.
