Things to Do in Brickell Worth Experiencing

Things to do brickell

Brickell is the place in Miami where there is a serious concentration of Millennials living it up in bars, restaurants, even the grocery store is a potential hookup spot. Forget bumble, simply hang out in Brickell and you are bound to meet someone. The fun’s not cheap, but it will definitely be memorable.

MARION

Looking to see and be seen in Miami? Look no further than dinner or drinks at Marion. Fuse beauty with objectivism, think truffle mac and crudo, scantily clad servers and a lot of booze and that’s French infused Marion.Happy hour 5:30-7:30  Monday-Saturday.

EL TUCAN

Owned by the same Baoli group head over to El Tucan well after midnight. As their website states: Doors open Thursdays through Saturdays at 12:30 am. No ticket purchase necessary. No minimum on tables. Just bring your A-game when it comes to fashion and a lot of money for bottle service. Check their calendar  for Friday and Saturday nights, as what used to be a weekly cabaret show has turned into a hopping club in the early morning.

SUGAR

Although you must go for the view, I go to get into the secret bar. Hidden on the 40th floor of the East Hotel adjacent to Brickell City Centre the outdoor roof bar offers stunning views and a latin flare. There is also an Asian restaurant, but spend your time trying to get into the black door, trust me. Shhh, that was a secret.

Club 50

Tucked into The Viceroy Brickell, this established rooftop club is worth the schlep for  the view, 50 floors up. Have a drink before as it ain’t cheap. But hey, you aren’t coming for the drinks. Be the one who jumps in the pool. And trust me, your outfit could never be small enough for this crowd...

REDBAR

Out of all the bars mentioned, I’d say Redbar is the most laid back of all.  Open Friday and Saturday until 5am, you can make this your last stop. Great cocktails and a different theme every night, check the calendar online. Ladies night Thursday is hopping.
