In a hidden office on the 22nd Floor of the SunTrust building is an office place that holds 15 chairs. Each chair has in front of it a placemat, various wine glasses and 1 red solo cup. The collection of items is a toolkit likened to the spy's lock picking kit and counting down explosive pen, but these tools are used to bring a taste of mystery, allure and wine education to it's craftsmen.
Alessandra Esteves has built an academy of enthusiasts that rival the wine club connoisseurs from the characters in 'Frasier'. But alas wine is but one adult beverage that she and her team have mastered alongside their WSET certifications in Sake and Champagne. Yes, it's true there is a Masters Degree in Champagne and you don't need to visit Épernay in France to receive the distinguished title.
