Inside Look: Taste Buds of India

Restaurants in miami

First time at this restaurant in Miami!!!! I love to go to new places especially if they are Indian and today was the Taste Buds of India’s turn located in Coral Gables, Florida.

The service and delectable food we had, made this a wonderful experience. Indian ’s my favorite type of food, because of the different colors and flavors of their spices, which not necessarily means that they are spicy. You should eat in a white plate, and look at the colors of your plate after you are done eating Indian, beautiful.

We had the following:

Garlic Naan:

A thin bread, grilled and delicious. Seasoned with garlic, smooth and crispy in some parts of it.

Chicken Korma:

This tender chicken was served with a cashews cream. The flavor was beyond good and a little spicy. All of this accompanied by their jasmine rice, warm and cooked on point.

Eggplant:

OH MY GOD!!!!! This was spectacular, the taste, the texture, the ingredients. I Savored the grilled eggplants to its best, the tomato sauce served with onions, cilantro, green beans and much more were all cooked to perfection. This was my favorite plate, until I had the...

Gulab Jamun:

An Indian desert; freshly fried sweet milk flour balls with honey syrup and rose water. Mouthwatering!! Extremely good.

Great place to visit in Coral Gables!
