Maska’s brunch will have live stations from different regions of India.  Featured items include a carving station from the Tandoor oven such as Chef Hemant’s Lamb Chops, whole fish of the day and Rosemary Paneer, among others.The brunch selection also includes Maska’s Dum Biryani pot with savory basmati rice and Raita along with a variety of Chaats. Maska’s Easter brunch will feature a live DJ and a Henna tattoo artist from 12:00 pm – 3:30 pm. The South Indian station is dedicated to foods from the Coastal regions of India, dishes amongst them will be live cooked Neer Dosas with fresh seafood, chicken and a variety of seasonal vegetables. On Sunday, April 21, Phuc Yea is offering a special Vietnamese Easter brunch of specialty dishes for the holiday with an Asian flare. Dishes include Prime Rib ($35), a long peppercorn crusted prime rib with roasted potatoes and tomatoes, fried eggs and Maggie au jus; Breakfast Noods ($15), egg noodles with bacon, poached egg and parmesan cream sauce; Deviled Eggs ($12) with sriracha cream and Chinese sausage; and, Funfetti Pancakes ($15) with condensed milk, sprinkles and passion fruit boba. For a boozy touch, add bottomless mimosas, rosé or punch for $20pp.
