Well, take a gander at this events in Miami round up, it might make it a little easier for you. Sometimes, a few minutes is all we need to let our hair down, and enjoy ourselves.

Friday, November 30th

Rocky Horror Picture Show

Some genius people over at Nite Owl Theater thought it would be a good idea to showcase The Rocky Horror Picture Show at midnight, every final Friday of the month,  and I'm here for it. If nothing else, it helps the creatives (like myself) with something to do before insomnia takes over. Another plus, you get to time-travel. They show it on 35mm film, so u can escape all of the HD, 4k, LEDUFO TV resolution talk, LOL. Start time - 12am

Theater popcorn on a Friday night, I'll take two.

Well December is upon us, and  if we aren't ready for the holiday season, we have to get ready, sooner or later. If not, it might hit us like a ton of bricks. The good folks over at Ball & Chain know the vibes. They have on their agenda to help with this feat, their Let It Snow shindig. They invite you, in your best holiday attire, to come and enjoy dance performances, speialty cocktails, and holiday music with a twist, because you know they are gonna get groovy with some Latin rhythms as well! Start time- 8pm

Santa's Enchanted Forest

So, honestly, I might suggest this place every weekend until Santa packs it up. I have been craving a good roller coaster ride for a very long time, and this enchanted forest is full of them. They have a variety of rides on every level of the thrill spectrum, so no one is exempt from a good time. Plus, they have different food vendors, games, and attractions. The ticket cost is low, so you can spend more on gifts, and create some fond memories.

Family Fest Concert

You know, there is nothing quite like an actual choir singing Christmas carols, compared to the neighbors next door, you know what I mean? The Miami Music Project has put together a concert full of hope, joy, and peace in the name of the Holiday Season. Their mission is to enrich lives by spreading cheer. I will cheers to that! I love a good chorus belting out all the soprano, alto, bass vibes. It sends chills down your spine, especially if you missed voice training classes in high school, OK! Start time - 1pm

Lantern Light Festival

Perhaps we don't like Christmas trees in our homes. Could be the storage, the smell, the increase of electricity, the reasons could be endless. However, we can still get our dose of dazzling lights at this festival. In honor of the Chinese culture, craftsmen have handmade lanterns of all sizes to be displayed. There is tons to do here, so grab your DSLRs, camera phones, 35mm film, because you know it is going to be a click, flash, click, flash type of situation. All you have to do is find your angle!

The Art of Banksy

OK, I might not make it to the County Fair for the lights festival. Decisions, decisions. I have always been a fan of street art and Banksy. He's made quite a name for himself in these streets, if I may add. This exhibit is going to be a little different. They say this is going to be the largest Banksy exhibit ever, and I can believe it. After the shredder painting uproar, and with Art Basel around the corner, the stakes are pretty high. Honestly, I would bring all of my art too! Start time - 12pm $35.99

Mimosa Sunday's

I know I'm ready for a drink. All this holiday talk, being a single father of three dogs and a turtle, the balancing act of life, you would think I was in Cirque Du Soleil. I could use a good 50% off Mimosa at The Deck. They have been calling me all weekend, figuratively, not literally. The deck is an awesome place to be on a Sunday Funday. They have different DJs every week, but they all have a common goal - to get you at your highest social capabilities. Food trucks are there in case you get hungry, or hangry (let's hope not the latter). Start time - 12pm - 4pm

Beats After Brunch

If the mimosa's weren't enough at Brunch, Shots Miami in Wynwood is going to kick it in full gear for you. This is the Miami party scene during the day, and they don't skip out on the good vibes. The beats are heavy, and the drinks are plentiful. Come with dancing in mind, and if you don't know how to dance, it won't even matter, LOL. Everyone looks good after a shot or two! Start time - 1pm
