Jo Eguiguren is a 40 year old vegan and balanced eater with two kids and teaching over fifteen classes a week all over Miami. A former dancer, Jo teaches a challenging yet heart centered class which will push you beyond your limits and is guaranteed to make you feel the good kind of sore. She believes in the power of self-healing and when you walk out of one of her classes, you feel your cells vibrating at a higher octave.
