Atton Brickell - Rooftop

Start Sunday funday off right with a relaxing vinyasa yoga session that provides a stunning view of the city. Every Sunday morning, the Atton Brickell Miami partners with Skanda Yoga Studios to offer a free yoga class at the rooftop pool of the hotel. You’ll leave the class feeling refreshed and renewed for the new week ahead. Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat.

Full Moon Yoga

Join your friends and fellow yogis on South Beach for a full moon yoga flow and meditation session provided in collaboration with Warrior Flow and Equinox. Flatiron Park

Connect with nature in center city with this outdoor yoga class hosted by Vanilla Sky Studios and Brickell Flatiron. The class will take place directly in front of the Brickell Flatiron Sales Gallery and is provided free of charge. Botanical Garden

This yoga class offers two experiences in one. Guests will let go of the stress of the week with a Vinyasa/Hatha style yoga class that is perfect for beginner to advanced level yogis.  The goal of this class is to help you reconnect with your goals and set your intentions for the week while being immersed in the lush flora of the botanical garden. The class is $10, which goes directly back to support the Miami Beach Botanical Garden. Fee is paid upon entry. Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early and bring a yoga mat. After the class, all are welcome to stay and explore the gardens at their leisure.

Self Defense Yoga

For those who looking to work up a great sweat and learn some possibly life saving self defense techniques, this class is for you. This 90 minute class is divided into two sessions. The first 60 minutes will be dedicated to teaching Jiu-Jitsu style self defense techniques with the goal to help you feel more empowered and safe. The remaining 30 minutes of yoga will focus on self-love and mindfulness to help you escape societal pressures in your life. This class is $15 which goes to support local charities that empower women. Get your tickets here.
