Best Gay Clubs in Miami
I don’t know when it started, or how it became, but we all know the LGBTQ community is thriving in Miami, especially South Beach, the gay metropolis of Miami. From the White Party, to the pride parade, even Sweet Heat, you are bound to see a colorful display of the LGBTQ community somewhere. Businesses love us, and the streets call us. In no particular order, here are my top LGBTQ places to go in Miami Beach.
This place must be legendary at this point. Its been at this location for years. With seven different rooms, including an exotic dancing room and drag show room, you are sure to tickle your fetish buttons. No cover, and no reservations are needed at this spot. Its pretty much come as you are, a no-frills kind of place. There is eye candy so bring mints.

I like to think of Vibes as Twist little sister club. Its smaller, one bar, two rooms, pool table, Pac-Man arcade, and a basketball hoop. They’ve got daily drink specials and munchie menu as well. The music here varies, you can hear anything from Techno, POP, and Hip-HOP. The vibe is good, no cover charge, and a great way to begin, or end, your night.
This LGBT friendly spot is new. It’s like a mini Mega-club. I’m talking chandeliers, huge LED screens with flashing graphics, metallic curtains, and velvet sofas. You can feel the luxury in this place. An amazing sound system, and killer drinks make this place a hot spot. You want to dress to impress, because the décor is Instagram worthy.

A total turn-up scene. It’s the closest thing to a circuit scene you’re going to get on the beach. They’ve got the strobe lights and fog machines to prove it. I’m talking Techno, House, Pop, and sometimes Hip- Hop music. You are bound to sweat, so dress appropriately. There is a cover charge at times.
They’ve got a new location, in case you were wondering. Just a couple of blocks from their old location, Palace stays true their drag shows on the sidewalk, and on Ocean Drive. Service can sometimes not be the best, but you are in your LGBTQ element, and on Ocean Drive with a drink in your hand, so who cares. Be sure to check out their Drag Brunch on Sundays. Think bottomless mimosas.

No shade, but this is the perfect spot for cruising. O’kay. If you happen to meet someone staying in this LGBTQ hotel, you don’t even have to call an Uber. Think convenience. The bar itself is cool, not too much dancing going on, so it’s definitely a social place. No need to dress to impress, its laid-back vibes don’t call for all of that.

Soe Rei, a Chicago native, has been on the go in Miami for the past 5 years. He can be seen at various events throughout the city that focus on art and culture, documenting them with his smartphone. He is always ready, and enjoys, on the spot interviews to bring awareness to musicians, artist, businesses, etc. that need a good plug. In his spare time, Soe enjoys taking care of his three dogs, red-eared slider turtle, and working in the food and beverage industry. His current projects include starting a Youtube channel, Biscuit Bar TV, where he focuses on D.I.Y projects and treats for dogs, and craft cocktails.
