1 oz. Spiced pumpkin purée

1.5 oz. Aperol

1 oz. Maple syrup

1 oz. Lemon juice

3 Dashes, Angostura bitters

2 oz. Captain Spiced Rum

Garnish: Clove 

Miami Cocktail #2: The Great Pumpkin

.5 oz. Pumpkin purée  

¾ oz. Star anise and nutmeg syrup

1.5 oz. Bourbon

Dash: Peach bitters

Dash: Angostura bitters

Garnish: Star Anise, orange peel and cinnamon zest.

Cheers to a new season and delicious cocktails! Nothing screams fall like The Pumpkin Karver, specially mixed with seasonal flavors such as pumpkin purée, star anise and nutmeg syrup!

.5 oz. Pumpkin purée    

¾ Star anise and nutmeg syrup 

1.5 oz. Rye 

.5 oz. Aquafaba

1 oz. Lemon juice 

Garnish: Star anise and cinnamon zest. 

Miami Cocktail #4: Smashing Pumpkins

Ron Barceló rocks out with its rum out this fall season, as it debuts its newest seasonal cocktail Smashing Pumpkins. The cocktails combination of Ron Barceló Añejo, all spice, pumpkin puree and sprinkle of nutmeg, strikes a flavorsome chord and makes the palate zing. 

1.5 oz. Barceló Añejo

1 oz. All spice 

.5 oz. pumpkin pure

Garnish: Sprinkle of Nutmeg

Method: 

Add all ingredients in shaker. Shake vigorously. Pour in glass over rocks and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
